The hotel's rooms were not very clean and needed considerable improvement, especially for the price paid. However, the service was friendly and accommodating, adding a positive touch to our stay. The location was fantastic for exploring nearby attractions, although the appearance due to trash on sidewalks was a downside. The dining experience was mediocre. Overall, there were some hits and misses during my stay.
The hotel rooms are spacious and beautiful, though the noise level from nearby construction is a bit of a downer. The service is top-notch, with Regina making us feel truly welcome after a long journey. The location is convenient for events and attractions, but can look messy during off-peak hours. Dining was limited, but the grilled meat was a standout. Overall, a decent stay with a few hiccups.
Upon checking in at 4 pm, our room was not ready, though we did enjoy access to delicious snacks and breakfast. The room wasn't the cleanest, and we were unexpectedly charged for parking in their garage. We had views overlooking the heating and cooling mechanisms, creating some disturbance throughout the night.
